I am grateful to have found and hired Joe. I found him luckily one of my neighbors was using him and saw his truck. The best decision I made was to hire Joe’s Custom Installation… when I saw his truck in my neighborhood and how clean it was and the workers looked efficient I gave Joe a call.
My units were very old and needed to be replaced in this horrific heat Joe was able to keep them running for 2 weeks until he could get his crew here to get the job done since he was booked. His crew was so efficient, clean, HARD WORKING especially in this heat, respectful, knowledgeable - I was so impressed with my attic and the outside units when they were completed. Jason the technician who worked on the outside units was stellar at his job and extremely knowledgeable and takes HVAC classes so his knowledge far surpassed my expectations! Joe hires the best of the best. He just doesn’t hire handymen these guys knew exactly what they were doing and I can’t say enough how efficient and stellar they were. Also thank you to the foreman on my job Dom! He was stellar as well ran the job perfect!! I have had experience in the past with different HVAC companies and they don’t even compare to the high level of service that Joe’s team offers! I highly recommend this company. I have attached picture of my outside units. My house finally house efficient air and steady AC through out my house. Thank you Joe and your team!
Joe and his team made a difficult project look easy. They are extremely knowledgeable and have the utmost professionalism. They took the time to explain the scope of the installation; including how long it would take and the how certain aspects would be handled. Just wanted to send a big Thankyou to joe and his crew. We are a new established business in East Islip, and after buying the store, we couldn’t figure out how to control the temperature inside of our establishment. We had another HVAC guy and an electrician look at it, who couldn’t figure it out.
Five minutes after Joe’s service guy came here, he had it figured out. He walked us through the issue and had it fixed and running in no time.

I am ever so grateful for Joe’s support and service for my 97-year-old mother. She called me extremely upset and scared because her air conditioning went off during one of the hottest days on record. I reached out to Joe, and he responded immediately. Not only that, he understood the urgency of her age and her worried state of mind.
